The good news: as usual our online shop is available to you around the clock. Of course you can also reach us by e-mail. Our colleagues in the logistics department as well as our transport service providers will do their very best to send your parcel to you as quickly as possible. We apologize for any delays.

We have enough goods on stock. If your desired item is not available we usually recommend one or more alternatives to you. 

We are constantly updating our information for you and adapting our measures as effectively as possible to the current developments.

How to protect Conrad employees? 

The health and protection of our employees, customers and business partners is a top priority for Conrad. Therefore, we have implemented preventive measures at an early stage. In addition to the expansion of suitable hygiene measures at all Conrad locations, our employees are equipped with mobile devices so that they can also work from home. Our employees are also encouraged to keep social contacts to a minimum in order to prevent the further spread of the virus.

Why are disinfectants, hygiene products and face masks currently sold out?

Due to the current topic there is currently a very strong demand for disinfectants, hygiene products and face masks. This means that the products cannot always be produced in the required quantities. Together with the manufacturers, we are working on solutions to ensure the best possible supply availability. We kindly ask for your understanding. 

Is an extension of the right of return possible ?

Yes, the right of return was extended until April 30, 2020. You have now 60 days to return your items to us, should you not be satisfied with them.

Can goods still be returned?

Yes, we are still processing returns. Delays are however possible.
