The Albrecht DR 460 C is a Wi-Fi internet radio for receiving more than 10,000 streaming radio stations worldwide.

The Albrecht DR 460 Internet radio enables your existing stereo system to play internet radio stations. This requires only a Wi-Fi internet connection.

DLNA function
With the help of DLNA some functions of the radio can be controlled though an app on your smartphone, for example changing the station or adjusting the volume. During music playback you get the logo of the radio station or the album cover of the song displayed on your smartphone. In addition to streaming internet radio, you can also play music from your phone through the DR 460 C.

Color display with a lot of information
The color display of the Albrecht DR 460 C displays information about the station currently playing, as well as the current time. By means of the INFO key you can get more information on bit and scanning rate, codec, genre, location of the radio station, and date. In standby mode the screen displays the weather forecast. The Albrecht DR 460 C is controlled through the included remote control.

Streaming from PC to the stereo system
In addition to streaming internet radio, you can play your own music from the computer via UPnP-streaming from PC to the stereo system.

DAB+ digital radio
- As of March 2015, German digital radio is being broadcast by a nationwide network of 55 stations. Media Broadcast and broadcasters of nationwide digital radio (Kanal 5C) are set to expand the network across the country over the coming years.
- Local, public and commercial digital radio broadcasters operate their own networks of stations with has nothing to do with nationwide digital radio. Regional broadcasting is regulated by each of the federal states. Means that BR broadcasts are largely limited to audiences based in Bavaria. This constitutes federal law. However, audiences living in border regions of federal states may be able to listen to stations based in the neighbouring states.
