Description
The EC4P-221-MRAD1 belongs to the new generation of easy Control compact controller. Moeller is writing the next chapter in the success story of its easy control relays consistent with easy Control in the easy800 housing is the next power stage in the existing easy range and closes the gap between the easy control relay and control with programmable memory. The easy Soft CoDeSys programming tool based on IEC 61131-3 and the 256 k program memory give the user a mature compact control unit. The compact control unit can be combined with Moeller's standard easy-system. The integrated CANopen interface opens up options for communicating with virtually all automation devices. Regardless of whether you use CANopen or easy.NET: Thanks to the combined CANopen interface, the user can decide on his own network structure. A wide range of peripheral devices can be connected to the CANopen interface, such as decentralised I/O systems, drives, HMIs etc. Ethernet is on board as an option and also takes into consideration the corresponding requirements such as OPC server, simple programming and the link to the existing infrastructures. easy Control is available in 16 product variants (depending on variant, with relay or transistor, with or without display, with or without Ethernet, with or without analogue output) and has been designed as a compact control unit for applications in mechanical engineering, as a solution for devices and handling systems or for use as a convenient logic and switching module. The compact control unit opens up a whole new world of options. The well-known and commonly used CoDeSys programming system from 3S is used for programming. easy Soft CoDeSys includes all five programming languages in accordance with IEC61131-3 (AWL, KOP, FBS, ST, AS) and the Continuous Function Chart Editor CFC. Particular mention must be made of the project's complete simulation even without a connected PC (offline simulation). Graphics control configuration, extensive documentation options, powerful test and commissioning tools as well as any online changes are other performance features. Remote programming is also possible as is the programming of underlying control units in a network. In addition to the I/O assistant integrated in easy Soft CoDeSys, there is an extensive control technology and motion control toolbox containing numerous function modules such as controller, pulse width modulation, signal processing, simulations and mathematical tasks. easy Control can as an option be fitted with a plug-in, zero-voltage compatible memory module. This is used to save and transport the application program or recipes into an additional adapter. The memory module is designed in such a way, that a Standard-MMC-RS (RS reduced size) can be put in. The memory card is protected against accidental disconnection through a valve.
