(1) PC-VR content is accessible via VIVE streaming within VIVE HUB on the PC. The system requirements must be met. VRready PC required. VR headset and VR/MR title are each
sold separately. The latency and visual quality of VR/MR content depends on the PC specifications, software settings, and network connection. To connect to a PC via DisplayPort, VIVE Focus Vision also requires VIVE wired streaming cable (compatible with DisplayPort mode) and the VIVE wired streaming converter (compatible with DisplayPort mode), both included in the VIVE wired streaming kit (compatible with DisplayPort mode). Mixed Reality is not supported when using DisplayPort mode.
(2) Compatibility with content and trackers required. Performance may vary by title. VRChat avatars must support VRCFaceTracking to take advantage of the built-in eye tracking of VIVE Focus Vision and face tracking of facial tracker for the VIVE Focus series.
(3) VIVE Desk is accessible on the PC via VIVE HUB. The system requirements must be met. PC is required. Visual quality of VR/MR content depends on PC specifications, software settings, and network connectivity.
(4) Content compatibility required. Please review the specifications to ensure that the content supports eye tracking and related features such as foved rendering. Performance may vary depending on title or application and may be affected by eye surgery, eye disease, strong make-up and/or high short-sightedness.
(5) Eye spacing (IPD) is measured as a distance between the centers of the eye pupils. The accuracy of automatic IPD customization can vary from user to user.
(6) Hand tracking functions are dependent on the VR title. Check the description of the VR track for compatible inputs or use a filtered search for content with hand tracking enabled.
(7) Deep sensor-enabled functions are limited to indoor areas. The available virtual interactions using scene understanding depend on content compatibility.
(8) The glasses must fit into the 150 mm wide face surface and the seal spacer supplied may need to be attached to the headset to ensure sufficient depth. In some cases, the wide version of the seal spacer may be required. Availability varies by region.
(9) The internal front battery is provided for power supply only so long that the rear battery can be replaced with a freshly charged VIVE battery for the Focus series, no longer than 20 minutes at a time. Refer to the operator's manual for instructions on how to replace the rear battery correctly.
(10) MicroSD card not included.
(11) A VIVE Wireless Dongle is required to connect to the VIVE Ultimate Tracker. Each VIVE wireless dongle can be connected to one to five (1–5) VIVE Ultimate trackers. For VIVE Focus Vision, VIVE Focus 3 and VIVE XR Elite, the VIVE wireless dongle can be connected directly to the headset for independent VR content or PC VR content via wireless streaming. It should be connected to the PC for PC VR content via wired streaming. For third-party SteamVR-supported headsets, the VIVE Wireless Dongle must be connected to the PC. If the VIVE Wireless Dongle is connected to the PC, the VIVE Ultimate Tracker must be paired with SteamVR via the VIVE Hub (support will be in beta until September 2024). The system requirements must be met. The object tracking and full-body tracking function depends on content compatibility.
(12) The face-tracking function depends on the content compatibility.
(13) Compatible with VIVE Focus Vision and VIVE Focus 3 only.
(14) Compatible with VIVE Focus Vision, VIVE Focus 3 and VIVE XR Elite only.
