A-Process clip-on ammeter Fluke 773
With the Fluke 773 you can measure current loops without interrupting them. The big advantage is that for maintaining and checking the loop the attached components need not be disconnected or the loop be diverted. You save time while testing analogue inputs/outputs at an SPS. Moreover, this type of measurement can prevent the accidental opening of a critical loop and the operating voltage outages caused as a result. In addition, you can measure the current loops directly at the device, with the help of serial measurement sockets, produce and simulate signals between 4 and 20 mA, measure current loops with simultaneous feed of the current loop with 24 V, produce mA-output signals with a linear ramp or with a 25% stair output signal (automatic adjustment of the 4 to 20 mA-output signal for tsting over large distances). Furthermore, you can measure and produce direct voltages up to 30 V and produce direct voltages from 1 - 5 V or 0 - 10 V. Scaled mA-outputs offer a continuous mA-signal, which corresponds to the 4 to 20 mA-signal, which was measured by the mA clip-on ammeter. The mA-output signal enables a digital logging multimeter or another device, to record 4 to 20 mA-signals without interrupting the loop. Furthermore, an mA in-/output is available to you: Simultaneous measurement of the mA-signal with the clip-on ammeter and production of an mA-signal – Produce an mA-signal on the input of an instrument and measure 4 to 20 mA at the output of the instrument, such as at valves or mA-decoupling amplifiers.
