Right of Withdrawal Policy
Consumers have the following right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Conrad Electronic International GmbH & Co KG, Durisolstraße 2, 4600 Wels, sales@conrad.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but its use is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the “Withdraw from Contract” feature at https://www.conrad.com/en/about/legal/disclaimer.html. If you use this online feature, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., via email) containing information about the content of the cancellation notice as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of the Revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, Conrad Electronic shall refund all payments received from the Consumer within a time period of fourteen (14) days after the Consumer has cancelled an order. However, Conrad Electronic will not refund any delivery costs incurred by the Consumer opting for delivery methods other than those offered by Conrad Electronic at the time the order was placed. Unless otherwise agreed, Conrad Electronic will issue refunds by using the same payment method the Consumer has chosen when paying for the order. If the original payment method is not an available option (e.g. if the order was paid for using CoD), Conrad shall refund the Consumer by either arranging for a bank transfer (BACS), or by issuing a crossed cheque. Furthermore, refunding the Consumer shall not incur any charges.
The Consumer shall return any goods within a time period of fourteen days commencing on the day the Consumer has notified Conrad Electronic of the order cancellation. Consumers must provide proof of return upon request.
You are liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
For all other goods, the following applies: We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You must return or hand over the goods to Conrad Electronic SE, Klaus-Conrad-Straße 2, 92530 Wernberg-Köblitz, without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
Consumers must ensure that the correct return postage is paid. All surcharges incurred by returning an item with insufficient postage will be billed to the Consumer.
If the accumulated size or weight of the items prevents returning these items via standard mail, standard courier or parcel carrier, Conrad Electronic will provide a Returns Service (optional), with the cost of return delivery to be paid by the Consumer. Consumers who wish to use the Returns Service may indicate this either at the time they cancel the respective order, or at a later time, by notifying Conrad Electronics by phone, or sending a letter, fax or email to:

The return delivery charge using the Conrad Electronic Returns Service is € 250.- (incl. VAT). Consumers must make sure that the item to be returned is properly wrapped up and ready for transport.
Consumers who do not wish to use the Returns Service are legally required to arrange for the return of the items themselves.

Conrad Electronic will pay the cost of return delivery if the Consumer returns an item wrongly sent to the Consumer, or if the Consumer has received faulty goods. In these cases, the Consumer must notify Conrad Electronic either by
a. a letter to Conrad Electronic International GmbH & Co KG, Durisolstraße 2, 4600 Wels, Austria;
b. a fax to +43 (0) 50 90 70 – 2100; or
c. an email sent to sales@conrad.com
N.B.: Your right to cancel does not affect your statutory rights.
Special Notes
If you finance this contract with a loan and later rescind it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement either, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly likely to be the case if we are also your lender or if your lender relies on our involvement for the financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation takes effect or when the goods are returned, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the purchase of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives).
If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation to the greatest extent possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal for that agreement as well.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
- Contracts for the delivery of goods that are likely to spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
- Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been broken after delivery.
- Contracts for the delivery of goods, if, after delivery, such goods have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
- Contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Contracts for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, excluding subscription contracts.
