Compliance & Supply Chain
The Conrad Code of Conduct
Compliance with legal requirements is a matter of course for Conrad. In addition, we have given ourselves binding principles of conduct that apply, among other things, in the areas of human rights, labor standards, corruption prevention and environmental protection, ethical standards and responsible cooperation. Our Code of Conduct also summarizes our common values and thus provides orientation for our Group-wide actions.

Due Diligence Obligations in the Supply Chain
For Conrad, acting responsibly also means fulfilling all environmental and social due diligence obligations throughout the supply chain. Accordingly, we expect the same from our suppliers: Our Code of Conduct therefore requires our suppliers to implement Conrad’s corporate values and guidelines for conduct within their own supply chains as well.
Based on this responsibility, we have implemented the obligations arising for us under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), effective January 1, 2024, well in advance. Among other things, we conduct regular risk assessments of our suppliers, provide training on expected conduct, and have clearly defined sets of measures in place in the event of non-compliance.
As an importer and trading company, Conrad is, of course, also familiar with the due diligence and verification requirements for conflict minerals and is committed to transparency throughout the mineral supply chains.
Our publicly accessible Whistleblower Center grievances and irregularities as well as violations of the Code of Conduct can be reported anonymously.
