3M 60982 Scotch-Brite™ Surface Conditioning Fleece Blade SC-DH, 115 mm x 22 mm, A MED 115 mm 20 pc(s)

The Scotch-Brite™ fleece disc is a durable fleece disc for the first step in cleaning, cross-fading, deburring and finishing. Our discs are powerful on contoured or uneven surfaces without grinding and damaging the workpiece. Our fast cutting Scotch-Brite™ fleece disc is ideal for Ideal for the first step in cleaning, cross-fading, deburring and finishing. The open structure of our discs ensures a cool finish and is dust resistant, which results in a longer service life. The evenly distributed aluminum oxide abrasive offers high abrasion for consistent surface quality. Our nonwovens work with aluminum oxide abrasives, which is the preferred choice for professional users in the industry due to the high abrasion and long service life. The abrasive is robust and durable, and it breaks down during machining so that fresh cutting edges are continuously exposed for a more efficient cut, while conventional abrasive materials such as grenade wear off quickly during use. Aluminium oxide mineral is stable, robust and offers high abrasion and low heat accumulation. It has a wide range of applications for grinding and finishing – on a wide range of materials, in both wood and metal processing, including iron alloys.Scotch-Brite Industrial abrasives are unique surface preparation products where abrasives are mixed with nylon or synthetic nonwovens to produce a system of abrasives that delivers consistent results throughout the life of the product. The open, structured material provides a cool finish and is dust-resistant, so that the abrasive retains its high ablation power by reducing the adhesion of the fibers.
