Description
Short, powerful voltage surges have damaged many TV-sets and SAT-systems. These damages can be prevented by using a SAT- or Cable-TV lightning protection. Connected to an LNB-connection, multi-switch or amplifier it works as a filter (e.g. when lightning strikes), so that too high voltages are not passed on to the connected devices. Several, distributed mounted lightning protections enhance the safety and let you watch TV even in case of a lightning strike.
