ABB 2CDS200982R0001 S3C-A1 Shunt trip release 1 pc(s)

For remote triggering (switch-off) of the main device, with self-interruption within 10 ms, when applying a voltage. Suitable for the series of circuit breakers (MCBs) S200, S300P, FIs (RCCs) F200 A to 100 A, F200 F, F200 B to 63 A, FI/LS switches (RCBOs) DS201, FI/LS combinations (RCBOs) DS200 (DDA200 + S200), DS250N-UC, ADD S-ARC1, DS-ARC1, switch disconnectors SD 200. Can be used with LS (MCBs) SN201 and FI/LS (RCBOs) DS203NC via the interface module/auxiliary contact SN201-IH. Shunt trip triggers use a coil such as LS (MCBs) for triggering. In order to trigger an open circuit breaker, the correct voltage must be selected and ensure that the appropriate Ibmax (as specified in the data sheet/operating instructions) is provided by the power supply used. If the power supply can deliver higher currents, the working current release reduces the current to Ibmax due to its internal resistance. Once the inrush current has triggered, the contact inside is open, the circuit is disconnected even if the inrush current is still on. The trip mechanism of the power trip unit allows the main protection device to be restarted only when the power trip unit no longer receives an external tripping signal.
