As an interface, interface relays connect the electronic control level, for example PLC, to the level of sensors/actuators. Here they take over various functions: Switching of direct or alternating current loads with different ohmic, inductive and capacitive proportions, switching in the voltage range from a few mV to 250 V, switching in the current strength range from a few mA to 6 A, amplification of weak control signals, potential separation of control and load circuits as well as signal multiplication. The CR-S series features 5 different coil voltage ranges with 1 changeover contacts, either standard or hard gold-plated. Two versions are available: Complete variants or freely selectable socket and plug-in relays.
