ABB E451-5,7A Multifunction 230 V 1 pc(s)

Priority switches are used in installations in which existing conductor cross-sections or the size of the power supply connection do not permit the simultaneous operation of two powerful consumers (e.g. Storage heater and heat exchanger). Priority switches disconnect the long-term consumer (storage heater) as long as the short-term consumer (heat exchanger) is switched on. The priority switch power coil is connected in series with the short-time consumer. When the load is switched on, the NC contact of the priority switch separates the contactor of the heating system, for example.
