ABB EN40-31N-06 Remote switch 3 makers, 1 breaker 40 A + auxiliary contact 4 pc(s)

4-pole contactors EN40..N with 54 mm width controls 3-phase loads up to 40 A and are available in different contact positions and coil voltages. They control electrical heaters, water heaters, motors for pumps, ventilation and other drives as well as lighting. Through an integrated coil circuit they work with AC as well as with DC control voltages. The devices are therefore absolutely free of humming and low while switching. EN40..N have an integrated switch for selecting between three operating modes: Manually switched off (even when the control signal is present), automatic operation (normal contactor function) and manually switched on with return to automatic mode as soon as the coil is supplied with power the next time. This offers numerous advantages: For example, a function test of the load circuit can be carried out even without control signal during commissioning, and the load circuit can be switched off quickly and easily at any time if a control signal is available. An auxiliary switch that can be mounted on the left side as an accessory, as well as sealing caps and a spacer insert complete the range. EN40..N have installation design and meet the household standard EN61095 and are therefore particularly suitable for distributor installation.
