Highlights & Details
ACV 340025-2-0-p round connector 5.0 mm, insulated brass
- The round butt connector geometry makes it easy to plug in and makes inLine connections easier during installation. Vinyl PVC insulation provides electrical separation and makes handling easier, WAS increases safety in the connection of flexible conductors. The electrolytically tin-plated brass contact ensures uniform electrical transfer and contributes to long-term conductivity in crimp connections. The pin in the Bullet-design with a defined diameter enables fast plugging and unplugging and thus simplifies the maintenance and modular wiring work.

Description
This connector is a crimp connection cable for connecting two conductors by means of a cylindrical plug-socket connection. The installation is done by stripping the conductor, inserting the wire into the insulated sleeve and then pressing the contact with a suitable crimping tool to create a gas tight connection. After crimping, the pin is firmly inserted in the mating sleeve and thus provides a circuit of HER. At the same time it enables a quick separation if needed. Its design is suitable for common automotive wiring and general wiring where regular access is required for assembly or maintenance. The insulating sleeve supports correct alignment and strain relief during use.
