ACV 611320-30-1 installation frame for car radios, standard ISO 2 ISO, aperture, steel/black
- The 2 ISO mounting frame geometry offers a standardized mounting surface and thus enables the installation of ISO car radios in compatible dashboard. The vehicle-specific fit ensures alignment with the factory openings, reducing the need for instrument panel modifications during installation. Description
This mounting frame for car radios is used to securely attach ISO car radios in the original opening of the dashboard. It is inserted in the factory-installed opening and fixes the radio with the help of the ISO-fixing lug. In this way the radio can be positioned precisely and aligned correctly with the aperture. The installation typically includes removing the factory trim, inserting the frame into the dashboard opening and fixing the radio in the frame, so that the front panel is flush with the surrounding trim. The assembly is designed for vehicles with a standard 2 ISO radio aperture and is suitable for retrofitting or replacement in passenger cars of the specified models. After mechanical fixing, the electrical connection of the radio is simple.
