ACV 621230-16-1 installation frame for car radios 172x98.5mm ISO double DIN metal
- The 2-DIN installation opening makes it possible to install car radios with double height and thus a standardized integration into the dashboard. Vehicle-specific interface compatibility supports installation in selected Fiat, Nissan, Opel and Renault dashboards for easy replacement. The slim, rectangular profile simplifies the alignment during mounting, reduces the adjustment effort and provides for a flush closure. The black factory paint blends inconspicuously into the existing dashboard design to ensure a harmonious overall picture.

Description
This installation frame for car radios serves as a mounting device for the installation of double DIN car radios in vehicle dashboard. It offers a stable, form-fitting opening that receives and secures the radio housing while cables and connectors are attached behind the plate. During installation, the frame is inserted into the opening of the dashboard and the radio is guided into the frame until the retaining clips lock into place and the radio is firmly seated without cutting. Typical uses are the replacement of factory radios for retrofitting devices in commercial vehicles and passenger vehicles where a standard double DIN panel is required for a clean and professional installation.
