Security datasheet 2299922 Aeronix High-temperature grease + PTFE 100 g

Insulated motion sequences during shock loads and vibrations by activated PTFE particles
for lubricating heavy-duty plain, ball and rolling bearings at medium temperatures and speeds
Temperature range -30° to +160°C, With continuous relubrication, operating temperatures up to +200°C are possible
offers excellent protection and wear through white solid lubricant particles
Emergency running properties through PTFE
Walk-stable with changing loads and speeds
Long-term lubricants in damp and dry application areas
Resistant to aging
Good sealing behavior
High pressure absorption capacity and high load through EP active agents
Good conveying properties in central lubrication systems
Silicone-free
for rolling, ball and plain bearings that are thermally and mechanically highly resilient
for lubrication during assembly
for long-term lubrication of plain and rolling bearings, on packaging and production machines, in electrical engineering, in RC model construction, motorcycle, car, TRUCKS in the paper industry, etc.
Resistance to water, salt water, as well as weak acids and alkaline solutions
reduces the friction forces
very good adhesion, does not spray during fast movements
very temperature-resistant
low oil separation
good wear protection.
