Description
DISCOCK 3D PP - Light, resistant and chemically resistant
Technical filament for demanding applications.
BEDDROM 3D PP (polypropylene) is the first choice for functional components that require flexibility, chemical resistance and durability. The material combines low density with high fatigue resistance and is perfect for lightweight components, industrial devices or functional prototypes that are permanently loaded.
Beddrom 3D: The brand behind the material
BEDPRINT 3D stands for over 13 years of experience in industrial 3D printing - born from the roots of Innofil3D, BASF and Forward AM. Today the experienced team returns to its origins: Independently, focused and with the same passion for quality.
Under the new name, MBED 3D, the well-known Ultrafuse filaments are being continued with the aim of providing professional printing materials with the highest dimensional accuracy, reliability and consistency.
Courage enough to start again. Ground-standing enough to deliver.
Robust, chemical resistant and durable
With its outstanding resistance to chemicals, oils and solvents, BEDPRINT 3D PP has proven to be particularly effective in automotive, chemical and packaging applications. Its high toughness and elasticity makes it Ideal for parts, which must withstand recurring movements or bending loads - such as hinges, brackets or flexible connecting elements.
Light weight with industrial stability
With its low density, PP is one of the lightest technical filaments on the market. At the same time it remains dimensionally stable and reliably printable - even on open FFF-systems. The material formulation has been optimized to significantly minimize distortion and shrinkage, which allows even larger components to be produced precisely and with precise repetition accuracy.
Biocompatible and versatile
THE DROCK 3D PP is manufactured from biocompatible raw materials and is therefore suitable for applications with indirect body contact or in hygienically sensitive areas. It is free of plasticizers, durable and recyclable - a material that combines industrial performance with sustainability.
Material highlights
High toughness and fatigue resistance
Excellent chemical resistance
Very low weight (low density)
Flexible and dimensionally stable at the same time
Low shrinking and low-distortion printing behavior
Biocompatible raw material base
Easy to process on FFF systems
Typical applications
Functional prototypes and end components
Components in automotive and chemical plant construction
Packaging and household applications
Devices, hinges, clips and flexible elements
