Description
Heavy-duty base wheel with Polyutethan-run lining Vulkollan®, with steel wheel body and through hole
Coating:
• High quality polyurethane elastomer Vulkollan®, hardness 92 Shore A.
• Low rolling resistance
• High dynamic load capacity
• very abrasion-resistant
• High cutting and tear resistance
• Colour natural, trackless, contact-free
excellent chemical connection with the wheel bodies
Wheel body:
• Quenched steel
• Double-sided clamping surface for mechanical machining
Other properties:
• The following points must be observed when machining the base wheels mechanically:
1. The wheel may not exceed a temperature of +90 °C.
2. It must be fastened using the provided clamping surfaces
3. Changes to the running surface lead to a reduction in the load capacity of the wheel
• High chemical resistance to many aggressive media
• Temperature resistance: -30 °C to +70 ° C, short term to +90 °C, reduced load capacity above +40 °C.
• VULKOLLAN® is a registered trademark of Covestro Group
