Description
The BRESSER Science ADL-601 F LED represents the fluorescence version of the ADL 601 P. The microscope base contains LED transmitted light illumination (3 W) as well as the power supply and a continuously adjustable dimmer for transmitted light. The trinocular microscope attachment is suitable for connecting a mirror reflex camera or a C-mount microscope camera (corresponding adapters are required for this). The inclination of the eyepiece tube is 30°. The fluorescent cap includes a rotating wheel with four different colored LEDs (green, blue, violet, ultraviolet)l, a filter wheel and a UV shield. The LED lamps produce the excitation radiation required for fluorescence. Compared to conventional UV lamps designed as mercury-high pressure lamps, the LED lighting is not only safer, but also has a longer life. There is no need to wait for the lamp to cool down before switching it on again.
Fluorescence microscopy is used, for example, in biology and medicine. In general, the Science ADL 601F is a unique instrument in terms of price-performance ratio, which also has the other features typical of high-quality microscopes: Universal lenses with plan correction, coaxial cross-table, coaxial focusing drives (fine: 200 µm/revolution), eye-distance and diopter adjustment as well as photo buses. her focus is very easy to use. Optional general accessories are the wide field eyepieces (WF10x, WF15x), the measuring eyepiece (WF10x), dark field condensers (dry and oil) as well as our MicroCam camera range.
