Description
A minimum differential pressure of 0.5 bar is required to open and close the valve. Depending on the applications, different membrane materials and modes of action are available. The 3/2-way pilot valve can be easily converted from NC to NO by turning at the head office. A position feedback of the pilot valve can be made via a switching or NAMUR signal. The solenoids are repressed with a chemically highly resistant epoxy.
For commissioning and testing, the 0142 is operated manually
equipped.
Coils with integrated "Kick and Drop" (KD) electronics are available in double coil technology to reduce electrical power consumption during operation. In conjunction with a device socket in accordance with DIN EN 175301 - 803 Form A, the valves fulfill the protection class IP65 and NEMA 4X.
