Description
Valve 6027 is a direct-acting hitch valve. Plug and core guide pipe are welded to increase pressure and leakage protection. Depending on the application, different sealing material combinations are available. The coils are crimped with highly chemically resistant epoxy. An optional plain bearing device increases the run time for dry gases. Special sealing techniques are used for high-pressure applications. In order to reduce the electrical power consumption during operation coils with integrated "kick and drop" (KD) electronics are available in double coil technology. In combination with a device socket according to DIN EN 175301-803 Form A the valves fulfill the protection class IP65. NEMA 4X is available on request.
