Description
Valve 6430 is a servo-controlled 3/2-way piston valve. If the valve is not supplied with auxiliary control air, a minimum differential pressure is required for the function. Versions: - For neutral liquids and gases in the pressure range 1-16 bar in the NC and NO. - For technical vacuum up to 3 bar in the NC and NO function. - With auxiliary control air for vacuum up to 8 bar in NC and NO functions. All versions are available as pulse version, in order to protect the respective switching status even when the voltage is interrupted. For commissioning or manual operation, the 6430 is equipped with manual operation (exception: Pulse version). In order to reduce the electrical power consumption during operation coils with integrated "kick and drop" (KD) electronics are available in double coil technology. A maintenance-free, medium-separated 3/2-way folding armature valve type 0331 is used as pilot valve. In conjunction with a DIN EN 175301 – 803 Form A plug, the valves meet the protection class IP65.

The kv factor indicates the volume flow through a valve, measured in litres/min at 1 bar and at a water temperature between 5 and 30°C. The QNn factor indicates the gas volume flow, measured in litres/min
