Description
Valve 6407 is a servo-controlled piston valve. The fixed coupling of the pilot valve and piston allows the valve to be opened without differential pressure. The 6407 type piston valve is particularly suitable for gas and steam as well as for liquids with a low operating temperature below 0°C. Plug and core guide pipe are welded to increase pressure and leakage protection. Depending on the application, different sealing material combinations are available. The coils are crimped with highly chemically resistant epoxy. In order to reduce the electrical power consumption during operation coils with integrated "kick and drop" (KD) electronics are available in double coil technology. In conjunction with a DIN EN 175301-803 Form A plug, the valves meet protection class IP65.
