Camille Bauer LINAX PQ1000 Network diagnostics Power testing

Stationary PQ measurement system in Class S as a front-panel mounting (96 x 96 mm). The LINAX PQ1000 combines the properties of a normative PQ meter with power and power state analysis functions. The modern, multi-lingual design permits the device to operate or parameterise intuitively via the device website or the high-resolution color TFT display. The integrated web server enables remote query, display and analysis of the measured data. No additional software is required. . Power quality analysis The equipment enables a permanent evaluation of the power quality according to IEC 61000-4-30 Ed. 3 in class S. The recorded PQ events (voltage drop, voltage surge, voltage cut, current surge and frequency change, homopolar voltage) serve both to prove that interference has occurred and to search for the source of the interference to increase the security of supply. Independent certification according to IEC 61000-4-30:2015+AMD1:2021, class S, test according to IEC 62586-2:2017+AMD1:2021 (functional tests) by the Federal Institute of Metrology METAS Support of the standardized, Manufacturer-independent PQDIF format according to IEEE 1159.3 Adjustable event recording duration Event display via website with time-Zoom and value reading Energy flow analysis Power average values with trend analysis to avoid load peaks load profile storage with variation range (min/max) per interval Active energy class (IEC 62053-24:2014) 0.2S (/5A), reactive energy class (IEC 62053-22:2003) 0.5S Other average values and counters with selectable basic variable. Configuration With TFT display, for control panel installation 3 current transformer inputs (1/5A), 42...50/60...69.5Hz nominal voltage 100...230 V AC/DC Ethernet (Modbus/TCP) + RS485 (RTU) Modbus + REMAINDER interface 1 digital output passive 1 digital I/O without extension Test protocol English communication Ethernet (Modbus/TCP, http, NTP, SFTP, SYSLOG, REST API) Modbus/RTU Automated data export (CSV and PQDIF files) to SFTP server Cyber Security (OT) / Cyber Protection Role-based access authorization (RBAC) Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (https) Client whitelist Audit log [registration of all manipulations] Sys-Log Secure firmware updates Data logger PEN-test Other features 3 current measurement channels with 0.2% accuracy Measurement category 600V, CAT III (voltage), 300V, CAT III (current) Standard I/Os: 1 digital output, 1 digital I/O passive 16 GB data memory Sampling rate: 18kHz Monitoring and alarming via limit values and monitoring functions For control panel installation 96x96mm Same operation as SINEAX® AM/DM series devices and CENTRAX® CU test protocol Included Data analysis The free software PQdiffractor from Electrotek Concepts can be downloaded via the link www.pqview.com/pqdiffractor/ (registration required). This software can be used to analyze the data from the PQDIF files, save it in CSV format or export it as a graphic. Digital network management With the SMARTCOLLECT® SC2 software a complete ecosystem for Power quality and Power monitoring can be built. .
