Improved WLAN coverage through beamforming
Wi-Fi coverage has been tested in four different scenarios. The power was achieved by beamforming technology and two integrated antennas. If your area is too large for a single Cudy 4G outdoor router, you can extend your wireless network by adding another Cudy Access Point to a mesh network.
Works in rain, thunderstorm, dust, heat and cold
The device is protected according to IP65 standard and is thus protected against rain and dust when installed vertically. It also features 4 kV flash/surge protection and 8 kV ESD protection for increased reliability during thunderstorms. The operating temperature range is between -40 °C and 65 °C.
Insert a SIM card and enjoy WLAN.
The WLAN installation is very easy everywhere: Simply insert a SIM-card and start the device with the PoE-adapter. A PoE adapter is included in the delivery.
Mains cable up to 100 m distance
Connect your Ethernet cable to the PoE adapter, in order to reach a wired network range of up to 100 m. The additional cable is not included in the delivery.
Install an Indoor Access Point
Connect an Access Point (AP) to the PoE adapter to give your cafe, your home or office with a better wireless signal. The AP must be purchased separately.
Install expansion antennas
The standard 4G antennas are just as sensitive as the antennas of a standard mobile phone. However, they can be replaced by customer-specific antennas via the SMA connectors.
