User & Safety Instructions 3382146 Delock USB-C® docking station 88050
Description
This Delock docking station can be connected to a computer with a USB-C™ DP Alt Mode, Thunderbolt™ 3 or Thunderbolt™ 4 port and provides a variety of interfaces. Three monitors can be operated simultaneously at the monitor outputs. Five integrated USB 5 Gbps ports enable the use of peripheral devices and an additional USB port can be used for charging mobile devices. The connections for a headset, a gigabit network connection, as well as a card reader for SD and micro SD memory cards complete the equipment. A security cable can be attached to the Kensington socket to protect the docking station from theft. When using the three video outputs at the same time, one monitor is operated via the DisplayPort Alternate Mode, the other two via DisplayLink®. The Delock docking station can also be operated on devices without a USB Type-C™ socket with DP Alt Mode support, and video is output on a maximum of two monitors.
The maximum resolution of 4K on all ports is guaranteed, regardless of the operating system. The DisplayLink® Graphic Chipset makes it possible to use mirrored and extended screen functions under Windows and Mac OS operating systems. The host device is charged with up to 80 watt during operation via the power supply connected to the docking station.
Use under the notebook
Due to the elongated, slim shape, the docking station is perfectly suitable for working under the laptop, like the MacBook. Thereby, the increase of the Notebook serves for better comfort while working, as well as for better cooling of the Notebook.
