Highlights & Details

Product strengths:ABT binding technology for fast, coolant-free separation of hard materials: Diamonds are extremely firmly bonded within the segment by means of special metal vapor and can be used up completely without premature outbreak
Large, durable diamond segments with optimum matching of diamond quality, size and concentration as well as composition of binder guarantee excellent cutting performance at maximum service life. The segments are connected extremely resistant to the blade body by means of sintered or laser welding processes and thus permit the forcing of the toughest applications.
Constant self-rearming even in less abrasive, hard materials
Segmented sheet design enables fast material removal and efficient cooling
Sheet body made of high-quality, temperature resistant steel for permanently clean run, even in case of forced use
Diameter 115 230 mm for dry cut only. Diameter from 300 mm is suitable for dry and wet cuts
Very robust, laser-welded diamond-cutting discs, especially tuned for excellent cutting power and shelf life when used in especially hard and compact materials
