Einhell 492180 Router sandpaper Grit size 80 (Ø x H) 125 mm x 13 cm 100 pc(s)

The Einhell grinding discs in the advantage pack of 100 units have a 80s grain size for normal grinding and the preparation of wood and metal surfaces. With a diameter of 125 mm, surfaces can be machined evenly, which allows workpieces to be smoothed in a controlled way and prepared for subsequent work steps. Each grinding disc is equipped with a 8-fold perforation, which reliably supports the removal of abrasive dust. The 10 mm holes provide continuous dust removal, while the 65 mm graduated circle allows precise use on standard grinding plates, which means that the sanding surface remains free for a longer period of time and the sanding pattern is even. The semi-open electro-statically applied aluminum oxide coating ensures a uniform grain distribution, so the surfaces are visibly smoothed and work steps can be cleanly stacked on top of each other. Aluminium oxide is characterized by its resistance, so that the grinding wheels work reliably even when used regularly. The full resin bond permanently combines the grinding grains with the stable, thick paper support, so that the grinding discs remain dimensionally stable and offer a high tensile strength. By the Velcro fastening, the grinding discs can be fixed quickly and safely to the grinding disc, whereby the change is successful without tools and interruptions remain short. The Einhell grinding disc set is designed for eccentric sanders with a 125 mm mounting plate and is suitable for Ideal for versatile work in the hobby and workshop sector.
