Description

ESM-4450 is a universal controller for process control. The controller can be set to 2-point, P, PI, PD or PID control. In addition, the controller has a PID self-optimization function, can be set to Auto-Tune (cycle limitation) or Self-Tune (step feedback). Other functions are 8-step sequential control when using the EMI-400 digital input, soft start-up and motor valve control add-on module. In the basic version, the controller has a universal input for temperature sensors and analogue signal, communication interface and a relay output. The controller can be expanded with I/O modules via two slots. The EMI-400 input modules are available in digital input, 0/4-20 mA or 0-10 V/DC analogue input, thermocouple, 0-5 A for current transformers and Pt100.
