Fischer 573058 Spax screw 70 mm TX 200 pc(s)

This product is a timber fastener designed to draw two components together by converting rotational torque into axial pull. Installation is by driving the screw with a TX20 bit so the head seats into the material as the tapered underside engages the substrate, producing compression between parts. The single continuous thread advances the fastener while cutting into the wood or chipboard, creating mechanical interlock and resisting pull‑out. The plated finish reduces the risk of surface corrosion where moisture exposure is moderate. Typical use includes structural timber joins, decking boards and furniture assembly where a countersunk finish and reliable mechanical hold are required.
