Fischer 573061 Spax screw 40 mm TX 500 pc(s)

This wood screw fastener is intended for joining timber and wood‑based panels by converting rotational torque into axial pull‑in force via its helical thread. During installation the TX20 recess accepts a matching driver to transmit torque efficiently while the thread cuts into the substrate to draw components together. The countersunk head sinks below the surface for discrete fixing and allows subsequent surfacing or covering. A protective zinc coating is applied to the shank and head to reduce surface oxidation in typical working environments. Common uses include furniture assembly, joinery and structural panel fixing where mechanical retention and a flush finish are required.
