Fusion splicer R301-S60K Trend Networks FiberMASTER S60 Telecom

The FiberMASTER S60 core-centering fusion splicing device is indispensable for the manufacture of reliable, long-term fiber optic connections and is suitable for the installation and maintenance of the common fiber optic cables. A variety of programs (40 standard, 60 customer-specific) are available for a wide range of fiber types and combinations. Equipped with 6 motors (3 axes), the splice unit has a manual and fully automatic mode that detects the fiber type and sets the optimal splice parameters for minimal real-time splice loss to enable high-quality, fast splicing. This robust and reliable device can be used in the areas of trunking connections, telecommunications, FTTH and high splice volumes, and has a very low splice loss of only 0.01 dB, with an average splice time of 6 seconds, a heating time of approx. 18 seconds, a universal fiber mount for 250µm/900µm/2mm/3mm/SoCs, and provides maximum repeatability over hundreds of splices, and is equipped with bright LEDs for dark environments. The work steps can be followed via the 5 inch LCD touch-screen with user-friendly user interface and the X and Y-axes can be displayed individually or both in parallel. The removable Li-ion battery with a capacity of up to 280 splice/heating cycles per charge can be charged in the device or independent of the device. It supports SM (ITU-T G.652), MM (ITU-T G.651), DS (ITU-T G.653) NZDS (ITU-T G.655), non-bending fibers such as G.657 and EDF. The FiberMASTER S60 Fusion splicing device is housed in a robust hard shell case with an integrated work area.
