Gesipa 1450407 Multi-purpose blind rivet Steel Aluminium 500 pc(s)

GESIPA-PolyGrip

The favorite for difficult and demanding applications in the industrial environment for all materials

The GESIPA-PolyGrip, originally developed as a multi-area blind rivet, has a lot in its career
To develop other talents that have become a favorite when it comes to
Difficult and demanding applications in the industrial environment.
Whether in aluminum, steel or stainless steel, inside or outside, with hard or soft material,
Critical hole diameter and tolerances: If no other can manage it, the GESIPA-PolyGrip is almost always the saving solution.

Main features
- Large clamping range:
A single PolyGrip blind rivet can replace up to five different dimensions of DIN standard blind rivets.
This gives you the following advantages:
- Type restriction
- Reduction of the variety of types in the warehouse
- Reduction of the risk of confusion, thereby reducing errors in processing

Excellent hole conductivity
The rivet shaft deforms radially during the setting process
And thus compensates for bore hole inaccuracies, center offset and diameter differences,
To form a backlash-free and tight connection.

Safe remaining spike locking
PolyGrip blind rivets will not cause rattling noises due to residual spikes that have become free,
There is still a risk of loss of residual mandrel.

The PolyGrip blind rivets are also waterproof under certain conditions.
They offer excellent hole loathing properties and residual punch lock
Economic alternative to closed blind rivets. When it comes to avoiding,
That water penetrates through the joint, PolyGrip blind rivets are an ideal choice.

Wide closing head formation ensures high tensile strength and thus a high degree of security.
