Gesipa 1458086 Hydraulic riveter 1 pc(s)

Firefox 2
The pneumatic-hydraulic blind rivet nut inserter can be used as a version with either stroke or set force control

The Firefox 2 can be selected via a stroke setting or a setting of setforce
system. In particular, the latter ensures that the material and the thread are protected safely
Anchoring the blind rivet nut and high process safety. The choice, whether lifting or actuating power-controlled
Depends on the length of the blind rivet nut and the thickness of the material. Blind rivet nut sizes with
The same or varying length in changing material thicknesses requires adjustment of the insertion force.
If the same nut size and length are always set in the same joint strengths, it can be used with blind rivet
Constant setting stroke.

Advantages
- Fast and precise adjustment of the setting force by color-coded adjustment ring (1)
- New lift scale can be easily and safely adjusted even under poor light conditions
- Maximum lift clearly identifiable by marking with blue ring on the lift scale (2)
- Throttle plate: Even safer and more gentle setting by means of the automatic throttle already with M3 blind rivet nuts
- PTFE sealing rings (Teflon) Improved service life of control spool through PTFE sealing rings and optimized control holes
