GESIPA-PolyGrip The favorite for difficult and demanding applications in the industrial environment for all materials The GESIPA-PolyGrip, originally developed as a multi-area blind rivet, has developed a lot of other talents in his career that have become a favorite when it comes to fulfilling difficult and demanding applications in the industrial environment. Whether in aluminum, steel or stainless steel, inside or outside, with hard or soft composites, critical hole diameters and tolerances: If no other can manage it, the GESIPA-PolyGrip is almost always the saving solution. Main features - Large clamping range: A single PolyGrip blind rivet can replace up to five different dimensions of DIN standard blind rivets. This results in the following advantages for you: - Type limitation - reduction of the variety of types in the bearing - reduction of the risk of confusion, thereby reducing errors in the processing Excellent hole friction The rivet deforms radially during the setting process and thus compensates for hole inaccuracies, center offset and diameter differences in order to form a free-of-play and dense connection. Safe locking of the remaining thorns PolyGrip blind rivets does not cause rattling noises by free manners, nor does there be a risk of loss of residual mandrel. The PolyGrip blind rivets are also waterproof under certain conditions. With their good hole-grinding characteristics and the remaining pin-lock they offer an economical alternative to closed blind rivets. PolyGrip blind rivets are an ideal choice when it comes to preventing water from getting through the joint. Wide closing head formation ensures high tensile strength and thus a high degree of security.
