Helios Ventilatoren 05842 Radial extractor 1350 m³/h 200 mm

Noise-encapsulated EC radial fan with rotating motor impeller unit and motor lying outside the air flow. Double-walled housing made of zinc-plated steel sheet, soundproofed by lining with 30 mm thick mineral wool insulation material plates. Suction and pressure side pipe connection nozzle with rubber lip seal matched to standard diameter. Fully hinged fan door for inspection and cleaning. Inclusive Stable mounting rails with four vibration dampers. Condensate drain and drip protection with open door as standard. High-power radial impeller with backward curved blades made of galvanized sheet steel, placed directly on motor shaft. Good degree of efficiency, low noise. Vibration-free operation thanks to dynamic balancing according to quality level G 6.3 VDI 2060 and DIN ISO 1940. Drive by energy-saving, variable-speed EC external rotor motor in protection class IP55 with the highest degree of efficiency. Maintenance and radio interference-free, ball-bearing. Integrated electronic temperature monitoring for EC motor and electronics. When the maximum permissible temperatures are exceeded, the speed and power is adjusted automatically. Infinitely variable speed control with potentiometer or variable speed control with universal control system. Connection via standard terminal box (IP55) on the outside of the motor.
