is usually also discussed with silver-plated audio cables. Technically speaking, this precious metal has the best electrical conductance of all metals.
As far was the sound impression, opinions about the sense and nonsense of such lines often differ very strongly. We are trying to bring light into the darkness. These different opinions come from the fact that silver "lives" through natural oxidation. In contrast to copper oxide, silver oxide is conductive, i.e. the electrical and mechanical properties can vary slightly over a longer period of time. This also changes the tone color, which can lead to different audiophile impressions and some musicians or hi-fi enthusiasts may find the sound of a silver cable to be more neutral, cool or treble-emphasized.
Of course, we want to avoid such irritations and discussions and therefore only use narrow concentrically stranded copper strands of class 6N (OFC 99.9999%) for our SC-SILVER SPIRIT, which are refined and smoothed with the highest quality silver alloy (935/1000), So that they also offer lasting performance and can also be processed cleanly with silver solder and without any loss of electrical power.
The SC-SILVER SPIRIT is equipped with the most modern gas-foamed and smoothed wire insulation.
