Description
Consisting of three pre-assembled drylin® ZLW toothed belt axes with NEMA stepper motors and encoders, igubal® double bearings as well as the matching adapter plates is the drylin® Delta Robot mounted quickly and easily. The light-weight construction, consisting of aluminum and plastic, reached the system pick rate of 60/min in a space with diameters of up to 380 mm.
Typical applications: Handling, pick-and-place, robotics, automation.
The advantages of the drylin® Delta Robot:
Low-cost alternative to usual Delta kinematics
Ready-to-install system based on drylin® kit
No additional lubricant is needed and therefore low maintenance
Fast movements possible by parallel kinematics
Compact and light design.
When will the delta robot used?
Pick-and-place tasks, such as Tape Transfer Stations
Sorting Systems
Assembly Systems
Joining processes
Small parts handling
For fast positioning tasks
