Jumo 60002658 Hot air thermostat 10 A relay

The warm-air thermostat is a device combination consisting of three individual devices in a housing IP54 degree of protection with the functions of a temperature controller, temperature monitor and a fixed set safety temperature limiter. The switch head is fastened using two screws on the flange of the holding tube. The desired shutdown temperature of the temperature of the temperature regulator and the temperature monitor can be individually adjusted with the help of a screwdriver, after removing the cover of the housing, on a scale. Temperature controller and temperature monitor are characterized by a high switching point accuracy of +/-4 K in the upper scale third. The safety temperature limiter has a switching point accuracy of +0/-5 K and is fixed at the factory. A decisive advantage is that no additional power supply is required for measuring the temperature. The electrical connection is made using a terminal strip mounted on a circuit board. The device can directly switch a maximum breaking capacity of AC 230 Volt / 10 A. The temperature controller has a switching difference (hysteresis) of approx. 14 K, the switching difference of the temperature monitor is approx. 6 K. After reaching the set target value the micro switches of the two devices change over and after falling below the switch-off temperature by the value of the switching difference automatically switch back to the original condition. The safety temperature limiter opens the circuit and locks when the set temperature is reached. The switch can only be manually unlocked again after the temperature has cooled down by approx. 10 K. The holding tube of the thermostat is made of copper and has an installation length of approx. 200mm and a diameter of approx. 10 mm. The three sensors are also made of copper, each with a diameter of 4 mm and protrude approx. 2/3 from the holding tube. This makes it possible to record the air temperature in the best possible way. The housing cover is made of polycarbonate, the lower part of the casing is painted of aluminum die-cast. Hot-air thermostats are particularly suitable for use in hot-air systems to DIN 4794, for example, in large rooms, halls or workshops. The device is approved in accordance with DIN EN 14597 and has EAC approval.
