Jumo 60003284 Bang-bang Temperature sensor 230 °C (max.) 16 A relay

Through its innovative casing made of high-quality plastic the 1-pin mechanical structure-thermostat is suitable for mounting on a DIN rail TH35 according to DIN EN 60715 or directly for wall mounting. The measuring system used works according to the principle of liquid expansion and can be used without any problem up to a maximum admissible sensor temperature of 230 °C. The smooth round sensor made of copper has a diameter of 6 mm with a probe length of approx. 78 mm. The remote control cable of the thermostat is also made of copper. The remote line can be laid flexibly under consideration of a bending radius of 5 mm. The maximum permissible ambient temperature on the housing (IP20 protection) is 55 °C. With the help of a screwdriver the desired shutdown temperature on a scale can be set easily. The set switch-off temperature can be read at any time. The temperature monitor with changeover contact is characterized by a high switching point accuracy of +/-3% in the upper scale third. The installed temperature compensation reduces ambient temperature influences at the switching head to a minimum. A decisive advantage is that no additional power supply is required for measuring the temperature. The electrical connection is made by push-in© terminals, whereby the installation time is significantly reduced compared to conventional screw connections. The maximum permissible switching power is AC 230 Volt / 16 A. The thermostat has a switching difference (hysteresis) of approx. 5 K and switches back to the original state automatically after this value is fallen below the switch-off temperature. The temperature monitor can be used very flexibly and is used both in the temperature monitoring in laboratory and air-conditioning cabinets as well as in the heating, air-conditioning and ventilation technology Other areas of application are the plastics industry, the equipment and machine construction as well as the furnace construction and the building automation The device is approved in accordance with DIN EN 14597 and has EAC approval.
