Model 2601B SourceMeter of the 2600B family series is a new improved single-channel SMU meter with an integrated four-quadrant design. It enables simultaneous supply/measurement of voltage/current resulting in higher productivity for applications in R&D up to automated tests during production. In addition to the functions of model 2601A, model 2601B offers a resolution of 6½ digits, USB2.0 connection and software command emulation of model 2400 SourceMeter, so that an easy transfer of older test codes is possible. The 2601B is equipped with Keithley High Speed TSP technology (over 190% faster than traditional PC instrument communication), which provides significantly faster system-level performance and makes it more cost-effective to run tests.
