Model 2600 Series B2636B source meters of the family is a new improved single-channel SMU-measuring device with a built-in four-quadrant design. It enables simultaneous feed/measurement of voltage/current. This results in a higher productivity applications in R&D to automated tests in the framework of the production. In addition to the functions of model2636A offers model2636B a resolution of 6½, USB2.0 connection and software command emulation of the Model 2400 source meter, so that a simple transfer of older test codes is possible.
