Description
Features
- Industry 4.0: These weighing platforms can easily be integrated into your process chain. All collected values can easily be transferred to your system as digital and already compared data and processed via the many available interfaces. This saves costs, time and resources and makes your work even more effective
- Connecting the platform to a tablet or PC has the advantage of taking advantage of the apps and programs installed there, which are usually tailored to your needs, allow easy and convenient operation and can often be extended as required. This offers you maximum flexibility in the display, processing and storage of the collected weighing data
- Scan and remote control of the scale via external control devices or computers using Kern communication protocol (KCP). The KCP is a standardized interface command set for Kern scales and other instruments that allows the retrieval and control of all relevant parameters and device functions. Kern devices with KCP can be easily connected to computers, industry controls and other digital systems. The KCP protocol is largely compatible with the MT-SICS protocol
- PRE-TARE function for manual pre-deduction of a known container weight, useful for fill quantity checks
- A convenient status LED indicates the active power supply
- Software BalanceConnection for adjusting and managing the Kern KDP, for displaying the recorded values on the PC in a large format and for transferring this data to other apps and programs included;
