Description
The KPS-3227SP1C is a "Low-Cost" NPN-Silicon photo-transistor for surrounding light It reacted to the visible spectrum and is adapted to the sensitivity of the human eye. Application: Recognition of the ambient light for controlling of display lighting in e.g. mobile phones, PDAs, laptops or video cameras.
