LINDY HDMI Cable HDMI-A plug 10.00 m Multicolour 38380 Thunderbolt cable

The HDMI 2.1 fiber-optic hybrid cables offer a smart solution for increasing the range of HDMI signals over longer distances. The combination of flexible optical fibers, which are not sensitive to EMI and RFI with standard copper conductors makes these hybrid cables Ideal for use in critical AV setups, for commercially used displays or for high-end AV installations in the living area. Its integrated technology enables uncompressed processing of the original HDMI signal and thus enables the transmission of high-resolution HDMI 2.1 content over much larger distances than that with passive cables. With a thin, flexible cable structure and high-quality metal plugs, these cables can also be laid in cable channels without any problem.

With full HDMI 2.1 certification, these cables have the full range of functions provided by ultra high-speed certified cables:

Bandwidth: 48Gbps

With their bandwidth of 48 Gbit/s, these cables enable an uncompressed transmission of HDMI 2.1 and its various features. It is also backward compatible with previous HDMI versions.

Supports high resolutions

By supporting resolutions of up to 3840x2160@120Hz, 7680x4320 and 10240x4320@60Hz content can be played back with unbelievable detail and clarity at higher frame rates, thus enabling an optimal reproduction of films and display of graphics or images. High resolution support at extended distances is also critical for striking digital signage, graphic design, or TV viewing.

Immersive sound experience thanks to spatial and object-based audio playback

The further development of audio formats and control is also being pushed ahead with the latest HDMI versions. The support for earc (enhanced audio return channel) enables an easy use of the cable to soundbars or AV receivers, as components of home theater systems. Within the cable, earc redirects audio signals from the TV in the direction of the source device (i.e. opposite the direction of the AV data stream) to the AV receiver or the soundbar. In contrast to ARC, earc also supports audio signals with high sampling rate up to 192kHz and up to 32 channels.

This allows the use of object-based audio formats such as Dolby Atmos or DTS:X in the audio return channel. They let the viewer immerse in an immersive sound experience and enhance the video content in a realistic way.

This all is extremely suitable for the home AV-setup, for cinema installations or large screens in public events.

Ideal for gaming installations, film and sports content thanks to VRR, ALLM and QFT.

Whether in private gaming setups or in case of high quality eSports events - these AOC-cable offers extensive functions for improving the gaming experience, from which even the quick sport and entertainment contents benefit. VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) reduces and eliminates delays, jerks and frame teaming and thus provides a much smoother gaming experience, whether it concerns fast reactions in an action game or a last-minute hit in sports games.

ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode) supports this additionally by enabling the ideal latency settings for soft transitions of contents. QT (Quick Frame Transport) also helps ensure low latency by transporting each frame at a higher rate, and WAS can prove essential for real-time VR games. All of these functions also benefit various other areas, such as the distribution of AV content in sports bars, medical facilities or in news broadcasts.
