Description
Perfect results on stainless steel with a mixture of dark red and pink high-quality corundum
Quality-tested: High safety through regular testing
Perfect dimensional stability: Fits optimally into the drive machine
Stainless steel, zinc-nickel coating
No dangerous shank breakage thanks to high-quality steel shaft
No chrome coating
The grinding pin RKD impresses with a mixture of dark red and pink noble corundum and achieves perfect results on stainless steel. Excellent removal services are achieved even under difficult conditions. Stainless steel is one of the most difficult materials to cut. They tend to "lubricate" due to their nickel content, and due to poor heat conductivity, the material may overheat in the machining zone. The tool does not contain iron, sulfur or halogens, so chemical changes (corrosion) of the material in the contact zone are usually excluded. LUKAS grinding pins are high-quality grinding tools with long durability and Hohem abrasion during grinding. They are used, for example, in economic and effective rough machining, in cleaning, in welding preparation and post-processing or in deburring. So that you always work with the right tool when grinding, we offer grinding pins in different shapes, dimensions and qualities - for fine machining as well as for coarse machining.
