Description
Best results on structural steel, during grinding and coarse grinding
There are hardly any tool breaks thanks to tough-elastic synthetic resin binding. They are protected.
Iron and sulfur-free grinding grain bonding: No corrosion or rust formation on stainless steel
Quality-tested: High safety through regular testing
Coarse, compact grinding grain in a soft bond for extreme removal rates in a short time
Good life on various materials, rough and fine grinding
Less vibration thanks to elastic resin bond for a more pleasant working
No dangerous shank breakage thanks to high-quality steel shaft
No rust formation during grinding - use in power plant construction possible
No chrome coating
Perfect dimensional stability: Fits optimally into the drive machine
Stainless steel, zinc-nickel coating
Good price-performance ratio thanks to normal corundum
The wide range of application technology for grinding from coarse machining to fine machining requires grinding pins which are optimally matched in terms of chip power, surface quality to be achieved and service life. The normal corundum used with this grinding pin captivates with good durability on construction steel, with roughing and coarse grinding. It allows you to work cost-effectively. The high-quality steel shaft of the milling pin fits optimally in the drive machine. Clamps, slip or even shaft breakage are a thing of the past. Regular tests ensure a high level of safety. The zinc-nickel coating keeps this tool free of rust.
