Description
Optimized corundum mixture for unhardened and hardened tool steel
No dangerous shank breakage thanks to high-quality steel shaft
Combination of abrasives made from very tough and splinter grains for high abrasion with good surface result at the same time
High-quality combination of corundum grades for efficient machining of unhardened tool steels
Stainless steel, zinc-nickel coating
Perfect dimensional stability: Fits optimally into the drive machine
No chrome coating
Quality-tested: High safety through regular testing
The NDW ceramic grinding pin convinces with a high-quality combination of normal corundum, noble corundum and single-crystal corundum for an efficient processing of hardened and unhardened tool steels. The abrasive combination of very tough and splinter grains enables a high abrasion and at the same time good surface result. The high-quality steel shaft of the tool fits optimally in the drive machine. Clamps, slip or even shaft breakage are a thing of the past. Regular tests ensure a high level of safety and a tested quality. Abrasive bodies can be manufactured in a variety of dimensions and different fabrics. This means that the individual tool is available for every application.
