Description
Perfect results on plastic / wood / rubber with hollow ball corundum
No chrome coating
No dangerous shank breakage thanks to high-quality steel shaft
Stainless steel, zinc-nickel coating
Perfect dimensional stability: Fits optimally into the drive machine
Quality-tested: High safety through regular testing
The grinding pin HOK with hollow ball corundum is excellently suitable for machining plastic, wood and rubber. Materials such as rubber or plastic are very elastic and have a very low melting point. They evade the tool and become hot. This can often lead to irritating odor and to lubrication. The grinding tools for machining rubber and plastic consist of a special hollow ball corundum (HOK) in a very open ceramic structure. This abrasive permanently forms small, razor-sharp cutting edges, which tear the material out of the surface. For this reason, our grinding pins in high quality HOK are ideal for the processing purposes described above. Abrasive bodies can be manufactured in a variety of dimensions and different fabrics. This means that the individual tool is available for every application.
